The NorWest Clinic can be contacted at (807) 473-5528 to book an appointment at the Evergreen Pharmacy in Kakabeka Falls with a Nurse Practitioner, foot care or indicate the need for a home health care visit.
This is for people previously served by the NorWest mobile primary care and foot care at the Nolalu Community Centre.
The nurse practitioner will see clients on a first-come, first-serve basis. No appointment is necessary and you do not need to be a client of NorWest Community Health Centres.
